Here is what Twaang users have to say…
Seema, (Twaang user)
As I begin my day, the mad rush of the morning hours drains out the cause, effect and everything else in between from my mind. I run about my kitchen making a healthy breakfast for the family and finally pack them off to their respective places in the world and then sit down… now is the time I switch on my favorite morning artist Jayanthi Kumaresh. Her tryst with the strings fills me with new energy and gets me ready for the rest of the day.
To a person like me, brought up in a typical middle class Indian family, classical music is a big part of life. I had my initiation into music as a child and grew up with it. Today, when life is so much more complicated and busy, it feels like carrying my home with me when I turn on Twaang and listen to my favourite classical musicians. The small stolen moments of leisure are that much richer because of this application. And what’s more, I even work out at the gym to the waves of Pt Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Shubha Mudgal. When Pravinji [Godkhindi] fills my ears with pooriya kalyan, my body loses its existence and I am hardly aware of the exertion it is going through [so, it kind of helps me keep fitJ]
As I wind down my mind at the end of the day, the soothing tones of ‘parallel strings’ feels like a lullaby… Twaang actually makes my day!
